Baccalaria was born from the desire of Vincenzo Russo and Toti Lange to give substance to a passion for quality food products.
To fulfill this desire, cod was chosen as a peculiar product of the Neapolitan tradition but which at the same time tends a thread to other places in the Mediterranean such as Portugal and Spain but also to more distant countries, both from a geographical and a cultural point of view, like Iceland where cod fishing takes place.
