TERIYAKI COD

PREPARING
Bring the soy to a boil with water, honey, sugar, ginger and lemongrass. Once it reaches a boil, thicken with the side, diluted with a little water.
For the rice and vegetables: steam the basmati rice, and set it aside. Sauté the vegetables concassé with a clove of garlic, taking care to cook them one at a time, having different cooking times. Gather all the vegetables, add the rice and sauté.
For the cod: steam the cod.
Finishing: place the rice and vegetables in a bowl, place the cod on top, cover it with the teriyaki sauce, add a sprig of wakame seaweed, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
